Store Cashout

The following steps outline the cashout transaction process flow:

1. Visit the nearest Indomaret store Locate the nearest Indomaret store and approach the cashier or POS machine.

2. Inform the cashier Request a cash withdrawal from the cashier. The cashier will guide the customer through the process.

3. Provide detail information Specify the product type (e.g. DOKU e-Wallet) and name the merchant offering the cashout service.

4. Provide token and personal information Provide the cashier with the required information, including the token, customer’s phone number and the desired withdrawal amount.

5. Completion Once the process is complete, the cashier will dispense the requested cash along with a detailed receipt.

Following are requirements for the merchant to enable Store Cashout service:

1. A merchant must be a financial institution (bank or non-bank) that holds a valid license from local authorities in Indonesia.

2. A merchant must have a platform (e.g. mobile application) to trigger the cashout transaction.

3. The merchant platform must be already live in production and can be operated by the Customers.

4. The merchant must obtain approval from the store chain company (Indomaret).
