Pricing Scheme

We implement a transparent, performance-based billing model:

• Fee per transaction, a flat service is charged per transfer instruction.

• Success-based fee, merchants are only charged for transactions with success status. Failed transactions incur no service fees, and the principal amount is fully refunded to the deposit balance.

Notes:

1. As mandated by Bank Indonesia regulations, which set the maximum e-wallet balance at IDR 20.000.000, the transaction limit is determined by the beneficiary's remaining funds in the e-wallet.

2. Sender transaction limit is IDR 200.000.000 per payout.

3. Beneficiary transaction limit is IDR 200.000.000 per payout and IDR 1.000.000.000 on monthly basis.
