Pricing Scheme
We implement a transparent, performance-based billing model:
Fee per transaction, a flat service is charged per transfer instruction.
FX rate spread, ror transactions involving foreign currency conversion, an FX Spread applies, representing the margin between the mid-market rate and the applied commercial exchange rate. The rate displayed within the DOKU system is final and transparent, shown to the Merchant prior to confirming the transfer instruction
Success-based fee, merchants are only charged for transactions with success status. Failed transactions incur no service fees, and the principal amount is fully refunded to the deposit balance.
