I forgot my DOKU e-Wallet PIN. How do I reset my PIN?
If you forgot your DOKU e-Wallet PIN, you may reset your PIN by following the steps below:
Open your DOKU e-Wallet App
Enter your registered phone number
Select "Lupa PIN"
Enter the Verification Code sent to the registered mobile number
Enter the new PIN
You can now log in with your new PIN.
Why is my DOKU e-Wallet account locked?
A locked DOKU e-Wallet account is caused by multiple incorrect entries of password and PIN. Check How to unlock a locked DOKU e-Wallet account?
How to unlock a locked DOKU e-Wallet account?
Open DOKU e-Wallet app, then enter your phone number
A notification will appear indicating that your account has been locked
Click "Buka Akun" button, and a link will be sent to your email to unlock your account
Access the link that was sent to your email
Click "Buka Akun Saya" to unlock account
What is the difference between a Regular and Premium account?
Premium Account allows you to
Transfer balance to other DOKU e-Wallet users;
Withdraw balance via Bank Transfer; and
Have the balance limit increased to IDR 20,000,000
