Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI) support it. See how to upgrade. {% endhint %} ### Send to Other DOKU Users Send money in real time to other DOKU e-Wallet users. Enter the recipient's **DOKU ID**, **phone number**, or **email**. No bank account number is needed. **Fee: free.** ### Send to a Bank Account Send to any bank in Indonesia. You can add an optional note. The recipient receives a notification. {% hint style="info" %} The person you're requesting from must already be in your friends list, or add them first. {% endhint %} *** ## Pay Bills and Online Purchases Settle regular bills anytime in one app. Bills are checked directly with the service provider. Open **More**. {% endhint %} ### Mobile Credit & Data plans Credit and data are added to the destination number **instantly** after successful payment. Supported operators: Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo (IM3), XL Axiata, Axis, Tri (3), and Smartfren. ### PLN Electricity * **PLN Prepaid (token):** Choose from Rp20,000 to Rp1,000,000. A 20-digit token code appears after successful payment. * **PLN Postpaid:** Check your monthly bill, then pay. ### PDAM Water Available for PDAM Semarang, Perumda PDAM Padang, and PDAM Palyja and Aetra (DKI Jakarta). ### BPJS Kesehatan * **Pay your contribution** as an independent participant using a Virtual Account number or BPJS card number. * **Autodebit:** Your contribution is paid automatically on the 5th of every month from your DOKU e-Wallet balance. Ensure your balance is sufficient beforehand. ### Internet & Cable TV Pay subscriptions for **MNC Vision, OKE Vision, and TOPTV**. ### Telkom Pay your **IndiHome** and Telkom landline (PSTN) bills. ### State Revenue Payments Pay taxes, customs, and non-tax state revenue (PNBP). This includes passport or KUA marriage fees. Use a **Billing Code**. {% hint style="warning" %} Billing Codes are issued by the relevant government agency, such as DJP Online, SIMPONI, or M-Paspor. Get your code before paying. {% endhint %} ### Tokopedia Purchases Pay Tokopedia orders with a **Bank Permata Virtual Account** number through the **Ecommerce** menu. 1. Select the service. 2. Enter the destination number or customer ID. 3. Review the bill details. 4. Confirm with your PIN. *** ## Cash Withdrawal Need cash? Withdraw your DOKU e-Wallet balance at an **Alfamart** cashier. | Terms | Details | | ---------------- | ------------------------------------ | | Amount | Rp50,000 - Rp500,000 per transaction | | Fee | Rp3,500 | | Barcode validity | 5 minutes | | Account type | Premium | 1. Open the **Cash Withdrawal** menu and select **Barcode**. 2. Enter your PIN. 3. Show the barcode to the cashier within **5 minutes**. 4. If it does, start again. {% endhint %} *** ## Crypto Investment Start investing without leaving the app. Buy crypto assets with our partner **TRIV**. Link an existing TRIV account, or sign up through DOKU. 1. Open the **Crypto** menu. Log in or link your TRIV account using your DOKU ID. 2. Choose a coin and enter the amount in Rupiah. 3. Select DOKU e-Wallet as your payment method. 4. Confirm with your PIN. *** ## Personalization & Quick Access ### Change Theme Choose your favorite color scheme and digital card design. Preview it before saving. * Basic Themes are available to all users. * Themes with a lock icon are for **Premium** users only. Go to **Account** > **Theme**, pick a color, then tap **SAVE**. ### DOKU e-Wallet Widget Check your balance from your phone's home screen. Open your favorite features with one tap. * Available on **iOS 14+** and **Android 5+**. * Choose **Small** or **Medium**. Medium adds shortcuts for Pay, Transfer, Electricity, and Mobile Credit. **How to add it** 1. Press and hold an empty area of your home screen. 2. iOS: tap **(+)**. Android: tap **Widgets**. 3.
